Without further ado, let’s find out how to transform your fitness regime together:

Execution Directions:

  • Begin with a 5-minute warm-up – a light jog should do the trick.
  • Perform each exercise for a duration of 30 seconds with a 10-second rest following each.
  • Complete two or three rounds in total.

Let’s Workout:

  1. Paired Lunges: In a facing position, grasp onto each other’s shoulders, and lunge backwards alternatively, maintaining rhythm.
  2. Squat Sync: With a common arm’s distance, clutch onto each other’s wrists, descend into a squat, and then pull upwards to rise.
  3. Planking High Fives: Assume high plank states facing each other, exchange high fives alternatively and resume the position.
  4. Crunch Cross Elbow: Stand beside each other and touch the elbow to the opposite knee, switching sides simultaneously.
  5. Teeter-totter Sit-ups: In a seated facing position with your feet touching and knees bent, fall back alternatively into the sit-up position, initiating a rhythm.
  6. Reach up Sit-ups: From the same sitting position, initiate a reach up sit up, alternating between partners.
  7. Toggle Knees: Both partners will tuck in their knees in turns, while the other straightens their legs.
  8. Hold Strong: Maintain a ‘Hallow Hold’ position with your legs straight out while sitting on the ground.
  9. Synchronised Bicycle: Lay back-to-back with your feet pointed towards each other, maintaining a tabletop position and gently pressing your feet together.
  10. Wheelbarrow Press-up: One partner performs a high plank while the other holds their ankles and assists with press-ups.
