Surprisingly, the journey of this fitness diva wasn’t always paved with roses. There were times when she felt drained and trapped in the constant need to create content. It was during this time, struggling with endometriosis, she started experiencing a significant drop in her mental health and overall wellbeing.

But, instead of succumbing to the pressure, she chose to redefine her lifestyle and started prioritizing self-care. And no, this transition did not cost her a loss of followers but rather enriched her with an even more empowering narrative.

Fitness, she asserts, is just one part of her life and by no means is it her entire life.

Her fitness facelift primarily included joyous activities, consistent movements, and short bodyweight workouts. Instead of the monotonous five-day training schedule, she now prefers to work her entire body two to three times a week, employing a mix of 20-minute strength, HIIT, and mobility workouts from her ShineGlow app. Her fitness mantra? “Move like this, be your best version”.

While career commitments sometimes mean that working out isn’t possible every day, she ensures that nutrition is never compromised. According to her, time blocking and versatile workouts paired with wholesome nutrition is the key to juggling her bustling career with fitness.

She emphasizes the importance of synchronized exercise and nutrition, stating that she fuels her body with nutritious, wholesome whole foods. The health enthusiast refrains from adhering to any persona that encourages restrictive or low consumption diets. She believes that understanding one’s dietary needs and striking a balance is the key, rather than simply mimicking other people’s diet plans.

Her struggles with endometriosis led her to realize the detriment processed, sugar-heavy foods were causing to her, prompting her to seriously commit to a healthier lifestyle. Post-operation, she was advised to minimize her meat consumption due to their hormone content. She now primarily consumes fish and beans, cuts back on dairy, and limits processed foods and sugars.’

When it comes to hydration, she is a strict disciplinarian. She has incorporated an ample intake of water into her daily routine, an aspect she used to negate earlier. Following the operation, she noticed a remarkable improvement in her mood and energy levels due to refined dietary habits, combined with regular exercise.

When queried about her favorite fitness moves, she declared her love for Bulgarian split squats, double-leg raises, and walking lunges. She believes that they assist in improving strength, balance, posture, and core.
